Brainspotting is an effective, gentle, holistic neuroscience brain-body somatic therapy that helps you access and heal emotional wounds stored deep in your nervous system.
Brainspotting focuses on specific “spots” in your visual field, gently unlocking unprocessed trauma and stuck emotional patterns — allowing the person to feel faster healing in a shorter amount of time,
Healing works without even needing to talk about it.—Yes, healing with Brainspotting does not require the person to relive or recount everything in detail.
It’s a gentle, mindful somatic method that allows your brain and body to naturally do the healing work we were designed and wired for.
This helps you feel deep relief, transformation, a sense of lightness, safety, and more like yourself again.
The Brainspotting Process
2. Locate the Brainspot areas and allow for Reprocessing to occur
Gentle, guided release of stored emotional and physical pain that’s been stored in the body. Here, we are gently guided into the brain’s deeper subcortical layers — where trauma and emotional memory often live, releasing the body tension that’s been stored.
Goal Setting and Focused Targeting
We will discuss what you’d like work on and find relief from on a specific issue, emotion, memory, or body sensation.
Example: “Tightness in chest, reactivity whenever I think about disappointing others, particularly my co-workers, my parents, my family.”

3. Deep, Focused Processing
This is where the magic of our natural brain and body occur with Brainspotting. In this stage, we process the emotions, thoughts, and memories that you are wanting to heal. As the brain and body heal in it’s own intuitive way, we feel emotional, calm, intense, even surprised — as this often leads to shifts in perspective, deep relief, or new insights.
4. Integration
Once the processing is over, we check in to get grounded and integrate new perspectives and insights moving foward. Feeling lighter, clearer, and more regulated afterwards is common.

Brainspotting Therapy is a collaborative process in our work together. If we find that we are a good fit during the consultation process, my commitment to you and your care are my top priority.
Best of all, this type of therapy allows you to talk and share as much or as little as you’d like.
Yes-This neuroscience backed therapy model allows for you to process these harder emotions with as much talking or as little talking as you need.
We also take breaks and do no push past your limits. It is essential that I work at your pace as you are guided into healing.

Brainspotting therapy is offered in the following formats:
50-minute traditional weekly sessions- in combination with talk therapy (no current availability)
90-minute extended sessions – recommended for deeper, uninterrupted neuro processing and healing
Brainspotting Intensives – 3-hour sessions offered in a single day or across multiple days
Sessions are available in person or virtually, depending on your preference.

Absolutely. Brainspotting Therapy can be just as effective even in a virtual setting. You can engage with this form of therapy with the flexibility and support in the comforts of your home.
 
What are the fees?
Personalized Therapeutic Intensives Packages are half-day to multi-day programs that include a customized treatment plan that are personalized and specific to your goals.
Fees are based on your needs and program design, and are communicated ahead of time in accordance with the No Surprises Act.
Intensive sessions are typically provided in a gentle, individualized, streamline format of 90 minute session intervals.
Sessions starting at $300.00-$500.00.
Intensive packages include the following:
Intake Assessment
3hr intensive sessions (90 min intervals)
Post 50 min followup processing session
Intensive Packages Starting at $1000.00.
Services be eligible for partial reimbursement using insurance network benefits.
