Fees for Intensive therapy:

Choose a package

Personalized Therapeutic Intensives are half-day to multi-day programs that include a customized treatment plan specific to your goals.

Fees are based on your needs and program design, and are communicated ahead of time in accordance with the No Surprises Act.

Intensive sessions are typically provided in a gentle, individualized, streamline format of 90 min session intervals.

Intensive packages include the following:

  • Intake Assessment

  • 3hr intensive sessions (90 min intervals)

  • Post 50 min followup processing session

    Packages may be eligible for partial reimbursement using insurance network benefits.

I offer free phone consultations to discuss your needs and interest in a personalized intensive program.

  • Therapy and Brainspotting is a collaborative process in our work together. If we find that we are a good fit during the consultation process, my commitment to you and your care are my top priority.

    We take breaks and go at a gentle, and easy pace- getting feedback on your limits throughout the session. We take as much time as we need and navigate these sensitive topics with care and presence.

    For those with signs of complex PTSD, more sessions may be needed at a slower, titrated pace throughout the course of treatment.

  • Brainspotting therapy is offered in the following formats:

    • 50-minute traditional weekly sessions- in combination with talk therapy (no current availability)

    • 90-minute extended sessions – recommended for deeper, uninterrupted neuro processing and healing

    • Brainspotting Intensives – 3-hour sessions offered in a single day or across multiple days

    Sessions are available in person or virtually, depending on your preference.

  • Absolutely. Brainspotting Therapy can be just as effective even in a virtual setting. You can engage with this form of therapy with the flexibility and support in the comforts of your home.
